This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging items, ensuring a fair and straightforward process for all customers. Eligibility for returns and exchanges is subject to the following conditions: all items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. This ensures that the products remain in the same pristine condition as when they left our warehouse, ready for resale or redistribution. Items that have been washed, used, stained, torn, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange, as they can no longer be considered new.
The return and exchange window is 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, you must submit a request within this timeframe through the designated process on our website. Requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued. We recommend keeping your delivery confirmation or tracking number as proof of delivery date, in case you need to reference it when submitting your request.
Custom or personalized items are excluded from our return and exchange policy, unless they arrive defective or with a manufacturing error. If your custom item is defective, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery, providing photos of the defect and your order confirmation for reference. We will review your request and arrange for a replacement or full refund, at our discretion, at no additional cost to you.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect in the product, an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or size), or damaged goods during transit. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item, at no cost to you. For all other eligible returns, you will be responsible for selecting a shipping method and covering all associated costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
For exchanges, you may request a different size, color, or product (of equal or greater value) within the 30-day window. If you choose an item of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference in price before the exchange is processed. If the item you choose is of lesser value, we will issue a refund for the difference, following our standard refund processing timeline. Exchanged items are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns—unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 5-7 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and may take 5-7 additional business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor’s processing times. Exchanges will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of inspecting the returned item, following our standard order processing timeline.
If your return is received and found to be ineligible (e.g., used, damaged, or missing tags), we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense. No refund or exchange will be issued in this case. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Failure to report damage or defects within this timeframe may result in your request being denied. When reporting a damaged or defective item, please include clear photos of the item, the packaging, and any relevant details, as this helps us process your request more efficiently.
